We maintain our own USDA processing and production facility as part of our main warehouse in Portland, OR. Our Plant Manager/Master Butcher and his skilled staff can custom cut a wide range of meats to meet the needs of our clients. Having a processing facility in-house also gives us the flexibility to better serve our customers and the ability to make quick changes to the production schedule if necessary.

Our sales staff is dedicated to providing professional service tailored to meet your needs. We understand that food service and restaurants are fast-paced environments & menus change often, in fact many of our sales people come from a restaurant & culinary background making them ideal for helping you find the right product for your kitchen.

Using the latest in inventory & invoicing management software, our warehouse and delivery staff is able to pull your order with increased efficiency. We strive to process your order quickly & deliver it accurately so you have more time in the kitchen and not on the phone.
